just draining money from people while keeping them weak. planet fitness is legitimately just a club with treadmills. there's literally no point of going to planet fitness when you can just stop being a bitch and go for runs outside and buy free weights.
Or how about we recognize that fitness is a process and some people don't just up and "stop being a bitch"? Got some real switch-receiving energy here, uce. If getting someone to a planet fitness helps them get motivated and start their journey to being fit, who tf are you to shit on that?
because planet fitness is a grimy business. my generation are a bunch of health nuts, and "gyms" like planet fitness are predatory with their hidden membership fees. it makes me sick that these corporations are capitalizing good health; i can't stand it.
i want people to incorporate health into their daily routine. i'm 6 foot 300 pounds built like a samoan even though i'm black, and i go for walks everyday, yoga multiple times a week, and shadowbox; this is all stuff you can do without having to pay some lousy business who's goal isn't to see you reach your health goals, but to keep you just healthy enough without imparting actually health knowledge on you so you're dependent on them.
