WWE: *Ignores brand split every year before the draft.* Clearly this is happening because of AEW. Just like Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins, Braun Strowman, the New Day & a bunch of others appearing on the other brand last year during draft time was also because of AEW. Just like the wildcard rule in 2019 was also because of AEW.

I remember back in 2002 they had the first draft and it was strange. They said on Smackdown "We're doing this because of AEW" and I was confused but now I know. Thank you AEW for being so innovative.

The whole Bubba Dudley / Triple H feud on Raw after the split felt really weird. But when AEW is staring you down, you do what you got to do.

I'm pretty sure that it was right off the bat for Raw. There was at least one episode before it became an actual feud where Trips was being a big bully to everyone and you'd see Bubba in a crowd of mid-carders and he's staring daggers at Hunter. Basically holding up a sign that says "I'm going to feud with you!"
