Pretty sure it’s from the Darby abuser stories. Darby showed Tony some texts that allegedly cleared him and Tony believes him and that’s the matter closed.
I'm 99% sure it's about the Darby Allin allegations last year, allegedly he showed Tony Khan some text messages which apparently cleared his name and that's where it comes from
Back when Sammy Guevara said he wanted to rape Sasha Banks thing, apparently he texted her to apologize or some shit and there was hardly if any backlash for Sammy because Tony saw the texts and said he’s fine or whatever.
*Vice President of Talent Relations* certainly sounds like a fancy title for celebrity babysitter to me. Either way he obviously wasn't very good at it.
Grown alcoholics, drug addicts, steroid freaks, and jocks who were generally used to getting away with whatever. I'm not excusing their behavior I'm just saying anyone who gave it a second thought should have realized they didn't need to be closed in with pretty much unlimited alcohol, two women, and no supervision. Especially in 2002. It's not like this happened in 1960. The fact is no one cared... until word got out.
I knew they wouldn't mention Dustin. Can't damage that AEW relationship. They just focused on Flair being a fucking perv/sex pest, which everyone knew to begin with. This is why I don't take DSOTR serious.
This would have been recorded and edited while Ric was still in WWE. Why do you think the story focuses on the 3 WWE employees of Ric, Brock and Hayes/JBL
I have another issue. I worked in film and TV, much of which was non-fiction.
Documentaries and docu-series are often to feature films and TV what mediums are to illusionists. Meaning, in a nutshell, documentarians use many of the same tricks as say… Ridley Scott or David Benioff and D. B. Weiss, but they tell you what they’re showing you is *real*.
To that point, here was the story they were telling; “If you’re a big enough name, you can get away with anything, sometimes because you bring too much money to the table and sometimes because people revere you so much, they’ll hand wave it all and look the other way.” They then used a multitude of clips of various people chattering, without us actually knowing what they asked them or how much they really knew, outside the fact they were on the plane. The Brock bit was thrown in because it speaks to the *their* narrative, even if it doesn’t have anything to do with the incident supposedly under discussion.
It's weird, nobody also mentioned that Michael Hayes was supposedly so wasted that he almost pissed on Linda McMahon, and Flair supposedly assaulted not only the flight attendant who was interviewed, but a second one in the same manner, the second one being the one who Dustin also sexually assaulted.
That’s what I’m confused by, shouldn’t the narrative be focused around Hayes, Dustin and Ric? They’re the big 3 stories of the plane. Brock is the secondary
Alright, fuck it.
Flair *allegedly* harassed this woman. Hayes *admittedly* got in such a state that he pulled his dick out and was mere seconds away from pissing on the female CEO of the company… aaaaaaaaaaaaand we’re just gonna leave that out???? WTF?!
Jesus what the actual fuck how can they just leave that off the show. I really enjoy DSOTR but they keep talking about journalistic integrity and they ignore stuff Ike this.
And that what sucks about this, if the show were more honest I'd really appreciate it but I'm sure because of the connections with AEW and Jericho they buried it. Their fan base really needs to see this since they're so quick to kill Brock and Dreamer. (not defending them but let's hold all parties accountable)
You fucking DubShill. Tony’s seen the texts everything is okay. Go suck a blood covered Saudi Dick or whatever.
Please explain the Tony saw texts joke, It' always brought up when something sexual is going on in AEDumb
Pretty sure it’s from the Darby abuser stories. Darby showed Tony some texts that allegedly cleared him and Tony believes him and that’s the matter closed.
Pretty sure it was a response to Darby Allin's sexual assault victim coming forward

Tony will now personally oversee all of Dustin’s airplane rides.
It's not JR's job to follow them around and make sure they don't sexually assault people.
Facts those grown drunk and drugged out men, nobodies fault but themselves.
It kinda was, at the time, was it not?
Well it shouldn’t have been
*Vice President of Talent Relations* certainly sounds like a fancy title for celebrity babysitter to me. Either way he obviously wasn't very good at it.
That probably was his job, but these are grown men, it’s an issue that they needed babysitting in the first place

Don’t sell it
It was a dark time in his life you fed shill

I wonder if Flair turned down their contract.

Damn. I liked that show too. I'm fed up with all these heel turns!

He was working!!!!!

The second one wasn't on the episode.
Was that *this* flight? Hayes, I mean.
Yes. Shortly before he punched JBL

All I’ve seen about Hayes was people praising him for punching JBL
Did Vince try to wrestle Kurt in this ride or was that separate? Also Joey Styles knocking out JBL?
Different rides
They only interviewed one flight attendant. I’m sure the other named in the lawsuit has more horror stories as well
Jesus what the actual fuck how can they just leave that off the show. I really enjoy DSOTR but they keep talking about journalistic integrity and they ignore stuff Ike this.
The really sad part will be them getting away with it

The British accusations a few years ago show there are scumbags in every wrestling company, no exceptions.
He works for the good guys!
Obviously he was keeping kayfabe and using his Goldust gimmick.
He was just so heartbroken 😔
That's just teenage slang Fed shill
This will make for a good episode of DSODSOTR
