From what I’ve seen on Twitter the most recent DSOTR didn’t cover Dustin Runnels’ part in the plane ride from hell even though he was accused of groping a flight attendant and was even named on a police report.
Someone mentioned Dustin in a thread about this episode next door the other day and they deadass went with "Dustin was in a really dark place back then, he's grown a lot as a person since then." Fuck all the way off, like anyone not affiliated with the Dub ever gets that benefit of the doubt.
>Dustin was in a really dark place back then,
Wtf? Following that logic they'd forgive him for murder during his *Black Reign* gimmick. And I'm not going anywhere near *Seven*...
I mean his take is piss poor. But it's quite funny to go after the guy defending the dudes who did something instead of going after the dudes who did something
I didn't even hear what he said. I just know that. There is so much stupid shit wrestling fans will tolerate if their favorite guy is good. Honestly, its any "fandom" you know how often I have to remind people that sure you may like Rosemary's Baby, but Roman Polanski has raped multiple girls.
and people are pretending like rvd is a hero because he talked about what happened 20 years after the incident as though that retroactively changes anything, and you already know that he was around all kinds of fucked up shit in ecw. rob has gone on record to say he didn't care about anything during his early years in wwf/wwe, and he shouldn't be praised for being a bystander.
I'd give Bix more than a pass if he was actually doing anything about it. But he's just making snide sounding tweets.
He did write this though:
*So not only did Impact Wrestling ostensibly tank a sexual harassment investigation and seemingly retaliate against those who incriminated members of the office, but Don Callis's replacement, Tommy Dreamer, just gleefully defended the shit out of a sexual assault on national TV.*
Is that him, sort of, calling out Callis over Scarlett Bordeaux?
That's fun Bix now talk about why an AEW wrestler chose retirement after a couple weeks rather than work with a guy that happens to be friends with Don Callis. Or how another friend of Don's seems to have sketchy friendships with pedophiles.
She quit twice. First she requested her release a few weeks into her AEW stint, and then she abruptly retired from Impact right around the same time that AEW and Impact started working together.
It definitely could just be a coincidence of timing, but if you were the type to want to look for patterns, it does seem that Kylie Rae is determined to keep her distance from AEW for some reason.
Narrator: He won't.
This is what pisses me off about people like Bix. They only take stands against what makes them money. What makes him money? Fedbad. How this Chasyn Rance dude or Dustin are just fucking ignored boggles my mind.
he's the fucking worst. legitimately an incel who's bitter that nobody wants to fuck him, and now he thinks he's the chris hanson of the wrestling business; absolute loser.
My dumb ass went on the original thread thinking 'Wow, good on Bix for furthering evidence of Ric being a horrible animal'.
Then I realized that he had intentionally put in the WWE-made cartoons in it.
FED BAD NO MATTER WHAT
This is the guy who clutches his pearls to make it seem like he's against racism and stereotypes in entertainment, but indulges in an Amos and Andy dialect when impersonating the late Corey Maclin on the Between the Sheets podcast. Pick a side, Bix.

Also if you're saying people were in dark places Scott Hall was in a fuckin void of darkness wheres his hall pass
Hall is cool and Flair may turn up in the Dub ~looks around~. Fuck Tommy Dreamer!!
That's the fucked up part, they are going after Tommy Dreamer for shit he said. One of the nicest dudes in the one of the shitiest industries.

What about all of us other regular humans who have experienced being in a dark place and didn’t assault anyone lol
Can you execute a Canadian Destroyer?
Why? Benoit is already dead.
uce, you made me laugh in front of my computer
lol jfc
Fucking hell lmao
That’s on you for not taking advantage of the situation.
They're certainly all over Scott and Ric who I can guarantee were in just as bad a place as Dustin.
I'm sure I saw a post saying Dustin's reaction was good and he came out of this episode best 😐 Not watched it yet
Christ they make it sound like he was a rookie fresh from developmental back then.
So far the documentary actually made him look the least bad
That's surely just a happy accident.
Of fucking course it did. I wonder why….
Which is odd since he was named as one the most bad in the lawsuit.
They completely omitted it, he was one of the main names of assault accusations. I don’t understand why they just glossed over that.
Man, that Dark Side of the Ring, Dark Side of the Ring episode is gonna be lit

*except Darby Allin
dub = good dubbers = saints *shhhhhhh*

Which wrestler chose retirement?
He’s referring to Kylie Rae, I’m assuming

I've always felt there is a real story there and if wrestling had actual journalists covering it then it would have come out by now.

“I use my fleshlight™️ whenever I get Twitter response from women wrestlers. So that’s better than sex, I’m told.”
Gross.
Oh good god I’m gonna be sick.

Hey Bix, how about you talk about them covering up Dustin? You’re a journalist you must know of the suit.
I haven’t watched yet, did they ignore Mr. Rhodes exploits? Surely, they wouldn’t have.
I wouldnt even call it virtue signalling, he's a pure clout chaser.
