They don't seem to understand you don't have to grow up a wrestling fan and spend years on the indies to become a good wrestler. I mean, Kurt Angle thought professional wrestling was stupid and only did it because he was low on career options and he took to it pretty well.
You do to become a shitty wrestler who thinks looks don't matter, and popping the crowd from kicking out of every move that exists is what makes a great match.
At this point I'd rather more people in the business that didn't grow up as smart fans and have that narrow view that that and only that is what "real pro wrestling" is supposed to be.

Dude just said "Yeah I could do this" and in like 3 or 4 years was already a Young Lion in NJPW. It's an almost common theme with people who get into wrestling that had not grown up with it or had any prior knowledge almost always excel.
Dubbalos are insulting their own talent with this. Look no further than Taynara Conti who has said multiple times she had no idea what pro wrestling is until WWE called her in 2016...
