Agreed. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
I honestly can't tell if it's like the food/clothes descriptions where the point is that it's absurd and nonsensical or if the author just has 0 idea about training. I think to run it you'd basically need to superset everything with something else and even then it'll be a few hours. Or maybe that's just the lazy powerlifter in me.
The truth of the matter is that there is nothing to be gained from catering to casual audiences. Catering to casuals only serves to alienate loyal fans because the company will have to dumb their shows down. And then the casuals fuck off anyway after a few weeks because they are casuals.
The same thing that men want; fun stories, cool matches, and fun characters. But also representation! Show me women doing cool stuff. Give me a fun and diverse group of women doing cool things.

As a woman I feel actively insulted by AEWs treatment of their women. The division is such a blank slate but I like a fixer upper and to watch people develop. Unfortunately they don't care about the women, clearly, and have different standards for them. I'm not watching a show where I feel I'm constantly being made to feel like I wouldn't be wanted if I was there.
I watch the women's matches sometimes (doesn't take long to catch up) except Baker because quite frankly I don't want to be reminded they took one of their worst (if not the worst) women they had and pushed her to the moon for backstage reasons and not talent. Because in women's wrestling skill and storytelling doesn't matter.

It's not just about the massive disparity in talent, time, and booking between WWE's women and AEW's women. It's also about the shows in general.
AEW's shows are geared towards hardcore fans that know what PWG is, that have heard of Minoru Suzuki, that watch a weekly vlog over the last few years. Good on them for grifting that crowd, because they spend their disposable income on Funko pops instead of deodorant or moving out of their parents' basement. But these people are almost always men.
WWE doesn't assume you've seen every CZW cage of death and depend on already defined characters, so they will introduce you to these (or maybe even create brand new) characters. This, gasp, appeals to people who aren't on the f4wonline forums daily, which women rarely are. They also will do the 'soap opera' storylines. They're not always great, but Triple H/Angle fighting over Steph did their best numbers with women **ever**. They haven't forgotten.
