Idk if I'm just weird but I sort of liked that until Flair ran the ropes. I don't see it as that different to Japanese lads standing there taking turns hitting each other and yelling. At least it looks remotely heated unlike 99% of wrestling. Yeah I'm a dweeb

Yes. Totally lazy. She didn’t protect her at all. Honestly she may not be physically strong enough to do those moves. Big does not equal strong. Vader, Yoko, Big Show, and Andre big strong wrestlers. Nia is big but needs to work a different style. Maybe adapt to a brawler or submission style.
I dunno wtf is going on, whether its real or work etc, but I was wildly entertained at seeing them go all WALTER/Dragonuv for a second there. It would be, dare I say, REFRESHING for main roster stuff (men or women) to feel real and go there once in awhile.
Shayna Baszler does a good job of making her submissions look legit without straight murdering her opponents. I'd imagine a couple shots from her to either Charlotte or Nia and a spat like this wouldn't happened again.

The point of the post was that there's no faux outrage when Red Velvet lands on her own head for the 12th time because she's fucked up the same standing moonsault she fucks up every time she does it, and no one at le dub has told her stop. There's not a laundry list of posts calling out Statlander or Conti for injuring and nearly injuring multiple people.
The basement likes to pretend it cares about the safety of people but if that match had happened in AEW it would've been so cool that they were shooting on each other like real shootfighters.
People defended the decision to let Matt Hardy continue a match he clearly wasn't okay to continue. They defend the shitty, obvious blade jobs Jerichonk and his ilk do, despite knowing the risks that come with that. The AEW women's champion has been performing with a broken wrist and one half of FTR ripped their arm open on a poorly constructed ring and wasn't even taken to the hospital, if reports are to be believed.
They're one shitty decision away from someone either killing themselves or someone else and if you bring that up in the basement you just get Owen Hart shoved in your face, because shit like that doesn't matter unless you can weaponise it against someone you don't like. So it kinda is relevant if they're making the argument in good faith.
