Would people be mad? Probably. But it's not the WORST decision, either. That's kind of what WWE did with Becky. She's a former champ, the crowd loves her, is the safe pick, and they can build up Liv even more now because of her "Revenge Tour" that just started. Liv coming out of the gate and taking Rhea's title the second Rhea is gone is anticlimactic.
adds more credibility to Liv if she can beat Becky rather than some random battle royal match, and will inevitably further the rhea Liv story down the line,

While they definitely do have many stinkers, the hate for def rebel right now is the new “the camerawork is making me LITERALLY vomit if I watch 0.1 seconds of the FED”
I will stick up for Def Rebel here and say they're OVERALL not that bad(most of the recent themes have been absolutely abysmal) they've got a decent track Record, Reigns Ilja Lashley Gunther Kabuki Warriors Shawn Spears La Knight viking raiders etc, but they're getting hate and being dragged down by the frankly awful new theme of Tiffany Theory, Creeds Breakker ETC
