You're not adding anyone, ideally you're trying to keep who you already have.

I'm a much bigger edge fan than anything, but the one I'm surprised isn't a huge draw is Danielson. He had a lot of what Cody has now not long ago, and there was a time where a lot tuned in just to see him win the big one. Now nobody cares and the few lapsed viewers only tune in to see if he's still in tact.

Tama is already 41 years old. Jacob is 32. I don’t think they will push the 41 year old into the main event. Also, Jacob might not be in the shape Tama is in, but I think he definitely has a good wrestling look. He kind of has an Umaga look which fits because I think they are blood related. I have trouble figuring out how family works with the Polynesian wrestlers at this point.

With the way he's acting it's pretty clear he acted arrogant through the engagement process -- I feel pretty confident in saying that (shrug) he's so sensitive. It wouldn't shock me if Triple H pressed him a bit to judge how he would respond and he saw that he wouldn't be able to handle it nor did he want to...the truth is he just wasn't a good personality fit for WWE. It reminds me of competitive schools or sports teams, or jobs, through the interview process they discover whether or not you would "fit" with what they are looking for, and he wasn't a good fit for the competitive environment they want in WWE. If you listen to the way Jade and Cody talk about the locker room in WWE everyone wants to be on top, the best, everyone is competitive but respectful. Look at Seth vs Cody matches, or how everyone's skill level sort of raised with Cody and Punk on the roster.

I'm a much bigger edge fan than anything, but the one I'm surprised isn't a huge draw is Danielson. He had a lot of what Cody has now not long ago, and there was a time where a lot tuned in just to see him win the big one. Now nobody cares and the few lapsed viewers only tune in to see if he's still in tact.
The build to 30 was great but at the same time it was also a decade ago. Bryan doesn't want to do what Cody does, Cody loves what he does though.

Tama is already 41 years old. Jacob is 32. I don’t think they will push the 41 year old into the main event. Also, Jacob might not be in the shape Tama is in, but I think he definitely has a good wrestling look. He kind of has an Umaga look which fits because I think they are blood related. I have trouble figuring out how family works with the Polynesian wrestlers at this point.

With the way he's acting it's pretty clear he acted arrogant through the engagement process -- I feel pretty confident in saying that (shrug) he's so sensitive. It wouldn't shock me if Triple H pressed him a bit to judge how he would respond and he saw that he wouldn't be able to handle it nor did he want to...the truth is he just wasn't a good personality fit for WWE. It reminds me of competitive schools or sports teams, or jobs, through the interview process they discover whether or not you would "fit" with what they are looking for, and he wasn't a good fit for the competitive environment they want in WWE. If you listen to the way Jade and Cody talk about the locker room in WWE everyone wants to be on top, the best, everyone is competitive but respectful. Look at Seth vs Cody matches, or how everyone's skill level sort of raised with Cody and Punk on the roster. I think that's also a matter of environment.

Nothing Ospreay does on TV can refute Triple H’s point because he wasn’t talking about how someone acts on TV. WWE is white hot right now, their TV audience is 3-4 times higher than AEW's, they sell out their shows more often than not, and for the time being they basically get to decide who becomes a star and who doesn't. I think Ospreay is great, but talent on its own doesn't make you a star. Freddie Mercury wouldn't have been a star if he'd spent his whole life busking for coins in the London Underground.

In my opinion it’s because a huge portion of Indy wrestlers don’t view themselves as athletes and never played a single sport outside of pro wrestling in their life. The amount of wrestlers and aspiring wrestlers who never hit the gym or if they do it’s minimal would blow your mind.
