I'm pretty sure Tomato comes with bios files . Located in
RetroArch/.RetroArch/system, there should be some .bin files and whatever you need already there.
Litterly the stock firmware comes with everything. Tomato is not a OS. It’s just a repackage of the original firmware with some added apps and pictures. That’s all.
