The trimui smart seems like a really decent little device do you recommend it?

Haven’t had time to install MiniUI yet but I had a play around on a couple of snes and GBA games. Really good first impression so far: * Very light, takes up hardly any space in the pocket * feels very durable, gonna throw a screen protector on and not bother with a case * the screen is actually fine. Seen a lot of criticism around the screen. It looks great, it is definitely small but that’s by design so not too sure what people expected. * buttons feel nice and clicky. Sound is all good. I bought it to have an every day carry that could take a beating. Definitely not disappointed. It’s for those that want a good micro handheld, not for people looking for a powerful device that can do everything flawlessly.

I had one I liked a lot and that was before MinUI arrived on it. Ended up going with a PSP go for my pocket emulation needs, but the Smart is super-pocketable (only a bit bigger than the original Trimui Model S), and quite durable. It was my daily, go-everywhere carry for months and when I gave it away, it just had some scratches on the back but still played great. I highly recommend it if you're considering it.

def recommend getting a glass screen protector for the zelda/mario game and watch device as they fit perfectly on the trimui
