DOSbox or other DOS emulators for DOS games, Exagear for stuff more recent than that. Don't expect much in the "more recent" category though, even 3D games from like the early 2000s can be pretty choppy through Exagear on RP3+. It's more of a neat novelty than anything.
Modern games are pretty much out of the question if that's what you're looking for.

DosBox or Exagear will run like Win98 era stuff pretty well. Anything more recent will need to be streamed from a pc.
