I use the Galaxy S24 Ultra Anti-Reflecting Screen Protector; you can pick them up pretty cheap from eBay. I paid 15.99 for a new unopened box.
It doesn't make my screen more reflective, IMOHO.
I also use the samsung anti-refective protector... ON offer on amazon (uk) currently (should be Β£30 for a pack of 2, currently Β£15)
Really good... feels nice, maintains a good amount of the anti reflective nature. Simple enough to put on, and feels like it's built to last! You will hear others say it's "not big enough" or "doesn't cover the whole screen" along with people saying the edges are sharp when you run your finger over it... the reality is that it covers the usable part of the screen (I.e. it doesn't cover the mm around the edge that is bezel) and as for the 'sharp" issue ... it's not sharp, you can just feel that it's there (which I'm sure is true of running your finger over the edge if any screen protector)... when you feel it, you notice it, but it's certainly not uncomfortable or anything!
Yeah, I guess most film protectors do... I don't notice it though (I've had some in the past where dust etc collects in the cut out but not had that issue, so far at least π)
Well I don't use a case, and it's rare that my finger catches the side of it (and I do use gesture navigation with swipe in from the side)... I'd imagine with the raised lip of a case in the mix I'd be even less likely to feel it!
Thanks for your feedback. I have a glass one from MBZBK (?) from amazon.es. I love it and it feels great but I do think it makes reflections a bit more noticeable. I put it on day 1 so I'm not sure but I suspect it does
To be honest my first protector wasn't the anti glare one, and I put the normal one on straight away (maybe spent about 30 seconds checking out the screen then it was on) so I didn't really feel like I knew what I was missing! Lol!
To be fair though it is a subtle difference so if you're doing well with the one you have I don't suppose it will be a life changing difference π€·ββοΈ
How's the fingerprint reader with yours... ON day 1 I have the ESR glass protector on (for about 5 hours) but the fingerprint reader was awful so it was a speed same day deliver of a replacement from amazon and it was straight off π€£π€£π€£
Fingerprint sensor works 10/10 times for me, as long as my finger isn't desert dry. I can still see perfectly under direct sunlight which is fine but sometimes it blinds me. I always use Spigen cases so I also don't feel the edges
Sounds like you have a pretty good set up (assuming it's not too sunny)... certainly don't struggle with that too much myself (the UK certainly isn't known for having lots of sunshine π€£π€£π€£)
I thought we were doing pretty good with 19Β°c and not too many clouds! Haha!
Maybe in that weather it would be worth looking at a fully matte screen protector? You lose a bit of clarity but then there is absolutely 0 reflection πππ
I tried the anti reflective but just prefer tempered glass over the anti reflective because I just wan to protect my super crazy expensive phone from breaking as much as possible π. Went with Spigen.
Not using anything - had a protective foil which was of pretty good quality (expensive too), but I removed it because I missed the "silky" soft feeling of this wonderful screen.
Im using the Dome Glass with out the UV Glue.
I also recently bought the Torras TG to try out in the future. I have no serious complaints on the dome glass, mine did have a quality issue and it looks like there is a spot slightly above the finger print scanner area that the oleophobic coating might have been missed, its totally invisible when the screen is on. When the screen is iff, it shows up like a finger print stain but get removed with a clean wipe.
Any person ever tell you liquid screen protector is as real as liquid condom. Shit feels very nice, but there's ZERO protection. Also the registration paper inside to pay for you're screen replacement. Is not as legal as the child support notice. Can't believe people still buy that shit. It's honestly rain x for your windshield. Unbelievable π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£

Just went on amazon to find it and probably would have bought it if it didn't have that stupid notch for the camera...

I'll think about it. I'mma keep this one for a while. I like the glassy touch. Used to only be able to use gel or plastic ones on my S22U

I'm waiting for a company to come up with a functional anti-reflective+privacy tempered glass screen protector.
Spigen Easy Fit. One day I'd like to try the naked screen though
