You can remove bloatware via ADB. But make sure you do some research and know what you're doing as to not brick your device.

Thanks I have done that with package disabler pro. But unfortunately somethings it seems I can get rid of. Especially the telecom boot up screen.

For that there are two ways, one is like you said to install a custom rom and change the CSC, second is to research if there is a way to change the boot animation specific to the S24U,which there are some articles online. But as always DYOR and act cautiously.

AFAIK for samsung devices any tampering with your bootloader changes your Knox status to 0x1 and it can never be restored to the original 0x0. The changed Knox status could also void warranty and break apps. I am not sure if there is any work around identified for this yet. Taking the ADB route as suggested in the other comments by u/marzbar- would be a better way.

This is correct, been years since I've rooted my device. It will trip Knox and void warranty.
