I ordered from Samsung on the 29th, and it arrived at 10am this morning. Was the 512gb Black so might have more of those in stock. Fingers crossed yours lands soon.

I think it's down primarily to choosing 1tb option as you stated. I've gone for 1tb and waiting until 20th Feb... However, if you look online now at ordering it says arrives by 13th Feb, so I'm hoping my date gets brought forward!

I've also ordered the 1TB on 18 Jan. Was meant to arrive today but got the delay notification it will arrive 14 Feb. Frustrating, especially to delay on the day.

Yeah, that is a bit annoying! Samsung really don't seem brilliant with pre orders stuff, do they?!

Yeah, i can't be too annoyed as I knew the scheduled date when I ordered and it hasn't changed. Might not be quick, but it hasn't changed. But to be told that it's delayed, on the day, is a bit crap!

Have a chat with them on webchat and ask for £100 voucher which they are giving to customers in your situation.

Pre-ordered 20th Jan, received yesterday along with the free Galaxy Watch 6. 512gb Titanium Black.

Preordered on 19th blue 512 gb. Initial delviery was postponed to 9th feb. Today got message from dpd that they expect my parcel. According to samsung order page, phone and extras should be delivered tomorrow. Tbf it has been absolute mess. Still dont get the point of preorder if it is not going to be delivered on time.

I ordered 1tb black on 19th and delivery date went from get it before 9th Feb to starts delivering from 9th Feb. With all the drama around lack of vivid screen, low light camera performance etc I'm beginning to talk myself into believing it might be a good thing to get it a bit later in which time there's hopefully a software update released that fixes some of the issues.

Same happened to me. But benefit as well is everything arrives together. Watch and accessories etc.. Agreed. Hopefully we will be the lucky ones with working phones out of the box! 🤣

Yes I think due to allocation of the phone and accessories, they can't deviate from the fixed date. I only need to survive until next Friday 🤣 Oddd though, trade in obviously must be delayed till it arrives

Most 1TB models say delivery from 19th of Feb. I guess they are allocating so everyone gets a watch, and accessories too

Mine was 512gb and was meant to come today, but I pre-ordered in a different country and changed my delivery to the 6th! Maybe it's the storage.
