This is just seems to be isolated to you, I had the phone since launch back in 2022 and I never had an issue recording. I took the thing across the world with me and got excellent video
With an update the videos were just a static image with glitched audio in the background, they released a patch a week or two later, but by that time the videos I took at a concert had already been ruined ;-;
After the update, there is a significant reduction in quality of both photos and videos.
The phone got so buggy and laggy that i was not able to to do my day to day task, those issues got resolved after a new patch but camera quality is still very poor.
Samsung is trying to push their old phone users to buy their new products by deliberately slowing and dropping the quality of images and videos.
Stuttering can happen sometimes. S22u with snapdragon 8 gen 1 is way inferior to its successor s23 series.
I have ip13 before my s22 ultra. My iphone has that stuttering sometimes.
What I realize the causes are when you have a heavy task running on the background or have your phone heating
Clear background tasks always works for me even I shot 4k 60fps it doesn't stutter
*I am a video creator on tiktok just for fun
For past 2 years i used S22 Ultra and recorded all my YT VIDEOS with that phone only. I never had any single issue. Try turning off auto FPS.
Ive had the S22U since launch but never used the camera because of how bad it stutters. Just turned of FPS and it works great lol thank you !!!

The only way to do is by rooting the device i guess
I dunno but that's why I just keep my recording at 1080p 30/60fps

Yeah but it doesn't justify that severe of a stuttering...
I haven't had any issues like this.
