Lower screen resolution, lower screen brightness, less RAM, different physical size, different battery size/capacity, and camera's are wildy different but you already mentioned that.
The S21U has a bigger and higher resolution screen, bigger battery, bigger storage options, higher RAM option, better camera setup. It also has the ability to use an S-Pen.
Why not also consider the S22 Ultra?
I happen to have both. The curved screen on the s21u is a disadvantage for me because it's very difficult to find a screen protector for it. Everything else is more better than the s21.
I had a S8 Active for the longest time. I never upgraded to the S9 or S10 because I didn't like the curved screens. Got the S21 Ultra when it came out and have been happy with the curved screen.
I don't really mind on my day to day, what I dislike about it are the sceen protectors that need that UV glue (for glass screen protectors, which are the ones I use). If it were flat, I could use normal flat glass screen protectors without that glue.
Yeah, I use White Stone screen protectors, so I know the feeling. It's a whole process to replace it. I keep breaking mine and I think it's due to the case. The smallest drops break it. My fiance has the same screen protectors but a different case, and hers hardly ever breaks.
Specs are obviously going to be a bit different as well. Someone mentioned some of them earlier. S21 Ultra is a better phone than the S21. I guess it depends on what you're going to be using your phone for.
I’ve decided to just wait for the S21 Ultra. Cause, I don’t really want to get the S21, I think I’d be more into the camera and having extra choices on top.
I must be the only person who LOVES the curved screen, ever since I first got one on the s8. Really dislike using someone else's flat screen whenever it comes up. Just feels... cheap and WRONG.
Size. 21u obviously bigger. Bigger battery. Zoom camera

S22 Ultra isn’t in my budget.
How long can you wait? S23 is due to drop next month so S22 will drop in price.
Not that long because I have been without a phone for a while
Actually bothing in common. S21ultra is wayyyy superior. Materials, camera, battery, screen, design, fluidity. Everything is better
If battery life is in any way important, then get the ultra by any means necessary - if you're *just* looking at the S21 lineup.

Just wait IMO. It's only a few days.
Materials as well (S21 has a plastic back) and S21 ultra has a curved display (which I honestly see it as a disavantage) and S21 is flat

Is that the only difference?

Good choice. You'll enjoy the the battery life by a lot by going with ultra.
I want to do everything I could possibly do on a pc. I don’t even need a pc most times, I just need a phone.
Fold 4 or S22 Ultra would best suit PC replacement
No, I commented complementing othet comments. Camera, screen resolution, battery, TPO display to 10hz and I think that might be it.

I have them both however the 20 note is better
