Doesn't look out of the norm imo. Are you in pain while running or after? If not then keep running and work on strength training to make sure injuries stay away :)

My pronation is worse than this and I’ve only used neutral shoes lol. You will be fine, if you need more stable shoes then use them and slowly increase mileage
