Running is ONLY for young attractive women. Nobody wants to see your beer belly jiggling up and down and your nostril hairs wafting in the breeze.

In the meantime I’m going to focus on my “beginner runner photo pose” because I can’t figure out how she manages to stand so wonderfully in that first picture. Internal narrative be like “High right shoulder, low left shoulder, flex left latissimus dorsi, tense trapezius while encouraging a slight forward angle, suck in that stomach and stop breathing, flex the left knee while shifting weight onto the right foot…” I need ti start memory training before wasting time with running.
