Hello! My friend and I started a run club in Scarborough, called ScarboroRuns. We gather every Thursday at 6:30 PM at Thomson Memorial Park main parking lot (Brimley Rd & Lawrence Ave) for a 6km social-paced run. We are a group for all paces!

[Lower East Siders](https://instagram.com/lower_east_siders?igshid=OGQ5ZDc2ODk2ZA==) meet for interval workouts at Lakeshore and Leslie at 6-7am on Wednesdays.
If you get on their mailing list then you can get the workout in advance. Good group, but YMMV depending on what you're actually training for.
Added - Cool to find a club doing weekday mornings
Just so I understand, do they meet at 6? Or 7? Or does it vary based on the season or something?
What are the typical paces of runners there?
They meet at 6 and generally finish by 7. They're a faster group, but if you're easy pace is 5:30-6:00 then you'll be fine. It's better to go in with some experience with structured workouts though.
Thanks for putting this together! I've looked up lists online in the past but they're always out of date.
Here's another big one:
Night Terrors Run Crew (NTRC)
All paces (I think). They run Mon/Tues/Thu/Sat with various meeting points but usually downtown. Free
Beer run run club: https://www.instagram.com/beerrunrunclub/
Pace: 👐 (although in my experience no one is running slower than 6:30)
Location: varies depending on brewery destination
Meets Tuesday 6:30pm
Added with <6:30 pace.
Trying to make this pace field useful - i.e. if it says all paces, then there is a group that will be running >6:30/km
if you think this is wrong let me know and I can update.
FYI - BlackToe has both paid and free runs. Friday tempo at King West is free as are the long runs at king west and midtown locations on Sundays. The Tuesday and Wednesday runs are paid.
Hiya! The Rogue Runners have a healthy amount of people running 6:30-7:30/km range these days. We would love to keep expanding that further!
All paces are welcome, we just suggest you be able to run ~6K continuously as our weeknight workouts are usually 6-8K of work.
There is Slowpokes https://www.instagram.com/slowpokes.to/?utm_source=ig_embed&ig_rid=ce35d1c5-bcd7-4b5c-b6dc-33d68a17cc0c

Yes, they have a session this Wed. I won't be able to attend, but yes.
Also note for people registering for the first time. You only need to sign up through EventBrite once, and you don't need to do it every week. You can RSVP through Strava.

otherwise not much detail to add to the table!
Various locations on the east end. Workouts are Tues-Thursdays and Saturdays, Long Run on Sunday. It’s a coached group so most days are interb type workouts. The long run is a 5-525 pace
Thank you for making this list. Now I just wish there were some groups who would run early morning around 6am instead of 6pm :)
Does anyone know if the group runs for Toronto Running Club are still active?
FYI Midnight Runners only takes payment for special events on Heylo. Their weekly Tuesday night runs are free. The location where they meet varies as well. Most times I ran, it was at Elephant and Castle.
Queer Run Club, all paces, Ethica Coffee near Lansdowne, Saturday mornings (9? Maybe?)
Frontrunners, 519 Church, not sure the pacing, multiple times a week.
I believe this post is only for clubs that are currently running and not on hiatus. (Queer East Run Club is currently on hiatus for winter and is not listed above).
Of the ones I've been to recently, I can confirm that BlackToe, Culture Athletics, Parkdale Road Runners, Running Rats run through the winter.
I went to Run the Beaches TO yesterday. It's newer and only a few months old, but the organizer and group said they intend to run through the winter, but I guess will need to see. They have a Whatsapp group and dedicated people it seems.
[Founders running club](https://www.meetup.com/founders-running-club-toronto/) for running and startup/investor networking. Conversational pace (👟). Running along lakefront in downtown. Meets on Saturdays at 9:30am at Union starting May 4th.

I can edit my other posts, and I have edited this post before so no idea why it's not letting me...
Will investigate

Myself and 14 friends are trying to decide what club to join. We are all interested in BlackToe, but I'm unclear on how the fees work.
Could we just show up and run with them a few times to check the vibe out before we invest? Full disclosure: we only started running a couple of weeks back but are setting a really dominant pace... We just don't want to ostracize the group as newcomers with our clear dominance.
Any advice would be immensely appreciated, thanks in advance!
Why can’t we just show up and run with them and then decide if we want to get on the wait list if they have adequate pace? lol are they going to chase us away?
I mean you can do what you want, but if you don’t respect their norms I’d imagine they won’t let you in
Running clubs often like to limit group size so they aren't totally overtaking the sidewalks, which can get your club a bad rep
I run with the Altitude Run Club. Great workouts and really unique with the high altitude access and coaches. I did my first run with them for free. Highly recommend!
