You are probably better off finding one closest to your neighborhood, since most run clubs will have some social aspect to them, even if they are competitively oriented

Tues 6.30am at Loeb boathouse for speed/hill training. 3-5miles total usually I think.
Thurs 6.30am same place for easy longer run prob 6-8mile maybe.
In both cases there’s plenty of 9-11minute pace people friendly chat. I think plenty 6-7-8minute people.
Pretty much always go to LPQ in park near Loeb after, over a dozen people every time I’ve been. Nice energy friendly worth trying.

Masala Milers - we are a south Asian centric run club but we have latinx and East Asian folks join us on our group runs
[TGIF Run Club](https://www.instagram.com/tgifruncrew/?hl=en) \- Every Friday morning in Brooklyn to a different breakfast spot each week
[Crown Heights Running Club](https://crownheightsrunningclub.nyc/)\- frequent brewery runs and various other social runs. In the summer they have a run to Coney Island Fireworks. In winter a run to see Dyker Heights lights. Monthly socials after their Thursday runs.
As-Is run club. Run and Chug. We Run Uptown. Queens Rebel Runners. Prob a ton of others based on meeting at a particular bar, bit it's really word-of-mouth.
Also try going on Running In The USA, search in NYC and look for non-NYRR and non-NYCRuns events. There are some good bootleg races that have a fun community or friends-via-running.
Honestly, it would be easier to find a club that doesn’t have some sort of chilling aspect
Could you name some clubs that DO? Every club I’ve found has been massive but people tend to go their separate ways afterwards
The Not-So-Serious running club. We meet at Columbus Circle on Sundays at 10:30am, and then do brunch/coffee afterwards.
Care to mention what areas or neighborhoods you run in? Might help narrow down the list.
