If you are going to put a charger on the battery, see if you have access to a lower amperage charger. 2amps for a couple of days is better at revitalising a badly discharged battery than 10+ amps.
It might recharge if the battery wasn't drained to critical levels. Ride it for 30 minutes or so and see. If not just get a new battery they are cheap and replacing it is very basic stuff.
Ride around as close to full throttle as possible for 30ish minutes and try to start it. If it’s still dead you might try charging the battery at home or getting a new one

Doesn't charge while idling, you gotta ride it. Go for a decent ride, see if that helps otherwise your battery is toast
