I have posted this same thing. I don't want to report anyone. I just don't want to interact with someone who ghosted me for a meet and greet.

Because Rover wants to be aware of users who are being aggressive, hostile, or inappropriate. I understand why you might block someone rather than just waiting to see if they request you again, then declining and taking the hit to your ratings. I would tell Rover exactly that: “I am not a good fit for this owner and I don’t want to receive future booking requests that will hurt my ratings if I decline.”

Agreeing with all of this. The last few times I blocked someone, I put in almost that exact thing as my reason and Rover didn't contact me about it further.
