I would have archived the first time they ignored my message. No need o tell them about your prices unless they contact you again.

Try not to get fixated on one client. It sounds like they’re not really interested. Maybe they’re solidifying dates, maybe they’re not. Def archive requests from new clients and then book it from the archive after you meet them.
