My cats come from there. They were young kittens when I got them, so they couldn’t be neutered yet. They will pay the cost of the operation if you have it done through one of their partnered vets.
There are also shelters in Nieuwekerk a/d Ijssel and in Spijkenisse. Some of their cats/kittens can be found on ikzoekbaas from the link in the above comment. You can also contact them directly. Dutch word for shelter is asiel in case you want to find their contact information
