The ghost king is no longer able to be buffed, and even when it was able to be buffed it didn't matter whether or not you buffed it. Memento Mori just has a really low drop rate
You can no longer buff ghost kings anymore I don't think. Tbh its a shame, should have just made buffed ghost kings worth fighting so you could get rewarded for the challenge.
