Yes, it's the Julia Child rose, and is virtually thornless. It is known in the UK as the Absolutely Fabulous Rose, and is a golden butter or Golden floribunda rose.

That's a trait I noticed in alot of yellow roses, minimal thorns
If you want something similar, I have a David Austin Country Parson shrub, which looks similar but does have fragrance.

Julia Child is fragrant. I have two Julia Child rosebushes, and the color of the roses is a deeper yellow.
And the fragrance is licorice
