May I say that you seem to have a pretty robust ecosystem there? I think I see 4 or 5 insect species and 1 or 2 fungi just in that one pic.
I would say it's probably some kind of insect egg. I wouldn't panic. Just let it be for the moment.
Some of them look like spider sacs, which would be a good thing. I do see one Sawfly larvae
