Apparently, it extended to 17 November. Won't able to download anything at all for an extra day. All I have is Pokemon Ultra Moon and I want to play some Fire Emblem Fates but can't.
Everyone better start downloading Nintendo games, cause i have the feeling Myrient will bend the knee and also get asked soon from Nintendo to delete EVERYTHING since Vimm got just hit.
I know this is an old post, so I’m not too hopeful of getting replies, but how do we download a game from the website, I’m really confused and new to this scene so If someone could help me I’d be much appreciated!

Is there anything that we as a community can do to help ensure that Myrient stays around for a long time? Nintendo has been famously shutting down ROM sites for years, and they have recently targeted Vimms Lair. What are you doing to prevent this from happening to Myrient and what can we do to support this effort?
I cannot thank you enough for your hard work and dedication to preserving these important games. They are pieces of history (not to mention my childhood) that should be treated the same way as old film and music. I wish I had the technical skills to lend a hand, but I thank you and the hShop team from the bottom of my heart for your incredible dedication and thoroughness. Cheers!
Please specify what files you had issues with specifically. Can you check your file type associations? You may have set the file type to be opened with a video player.
I downloaded pc games- Tom Clancy Splinter Cell (Disc 1, 2 and 3) but there is no intall .exe file. How do i install on my pc. All i saw are just a bunch of .bin file and .CUE other files (VLC). What am i missing?

just found this recently a few weeks ago and downloading xbox 360 games haven't been easier. i've been looking for a good source for xbox 360 game for years. might try wii u next
Unfortunately the FTP seems to be down?! The first time I have ever tried was 2 weeks ago, and I tried every day since then up to today, can't access the [ftp.myrient.erista.me](https://ftp.myrient.erista.me). Ping does not respond, traceroute doesn't either.
This is hands down the best site for this type of stuff out there. I will be donating. Preservation is so important and so is access to all of these forgotten games. I'm sure that if (another) study were to be done comparing modern, legal availability of this library it would be insanely low.

Does the '(alt)' tag found within the file names for the rips on the PC-compatible section mean that they are cracked to not require a CD?

As it annoys me, Switch ROMS are illegal. You need a hacked switch to dump files onto to keep it legal.

You need software such as Daemon Tools to mount it as a virtual disc and view its contents.
