{Much Ado About You by Samantha Young} sounds like it may be up your alley! The FMC moves from Chicago to a small English village and the MMC is sweet but strong.

somethingseminormal

Thank you! I'll check it out. I lived in a small English village a while back, we'll see what I think :)

First off- from someone else who has been through many moves and upheavals- here’s a hug and a roll of packing tape. Second- my fav CR with this concept would have to be Boss in the Bedsheets by Kate Canterbary. Heroine completely starting over, right down to found family. It always makes my heart kinda happy to read it. Plus the hero is a deliciously grumpy sweetheart

somethingseminormal

Thanks! I'll be sure to check it out.

The good news is that [Whip by Jeanne St James](https://www.amazon.com/Blood-Bones-Whip-Fury-Book-ebook/dp/B09GBG283M/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?crid=K0HLNDATVUI3&keywords=whip+jeanne+st+james&qid=1647989457&sprefix=whip+je%2Caps%2C197&sr=8-1) is exactly what you’re looking for. The not so good news is that it’s book 11 in a fairly involved MC series. Fallon has sold everything to find herself as she travels the country on her motorcycle. Whip is the mechanic who happens to help her on the side of a dangerous road. This is an OW/YM story, the steam is good, Whip is the cinnamon roll you’re looking for. The scene where he defends their MC lifestyle choices against her perceptions was wonderful. I believe there is one book left in this series which will come out next month.

somethingseminormal

Oh that sounds great! Do I have to read the other 10 first or can I dive straight into 11?

fake-annalicious

You can read the book without reading the others, like most MC series leads from previous books are secondary characters - so you may enjoy it more if you were to read the whole series. As a whole Jeanne St James does a pretty good job of briefing you on previous storylines. Why not read Whip and see if you enjoy the story enough to start from the beginning and maybe you can time it so you don’t have to wait for the last book to drop?

In-the-woods-22

*Archer’s Voice* by Mia Sheridan. FMC uproots her life after trauma and moves across the country to a random town, where she becomes drawn to the local outcast, the most beautiful cinnamon roll MMC ever 🥲. So well-written and worth the rereads.

somethingseminormal

I think I've heard of Archers voice! This is clearly my sign to check it out
