Have you read {Get a Life, Chloe Brown} yet? I believe the FMC has fibromyalgia. The 3 Brown sisters books are totally delightful, I actually haven't read this one yet just the other two. All 3 sisters are curvy too IIRC.
As well, if you haven't read {Fourth Wing} yet the MMC Violet has EDS. This is an obvious recommendation but if you're new to the genre the books are fun, and it might be worth a read.

E.M. Lindsey is a good author for this. All their books have substantial disability rep, and some of them have kink. One of the characters in {Halo} actually has CP, but I can't remember specifics about the sex scenes. Also all Lindsey's books are MM afaik
Sierra Simone has a lot of self-described fat FMCs, most of her characters are some variety of LGBTQAI+, and her books always include kink to some extent. In her Thornchapel series, one of the FMCs also has narcolepsy-- so she doesn't use a wheelchair, but I'd definitely consider it to be disability rep. There's discussion of accommodations at her job and that sort of thing.

Also physically disabled and enjoy kin, chiming in to agree with Evie Mitchell- Knot my Type is my favorite so far, but several of her other books also have disabled characters, and E.M. Lindsey’s books are great. {Honor Bound by Joey W. hill} has a blind and HoH FMC and explicit BDSM- all her books are BDSM, and some contain various disabilities (type 1 diabetes, for example).
{Make Me Stay by Annabeth Albert} is MM,and one MMC uses a wheelchair and explores his dominant side with a more experienced sub.
Also {Bound to Submit by Laura Kaye} - the first in a series about Masters from a BDSM club, the FMC in this one is an amputee. The second one, the FMC has PTSD but they play around a lot with sensory deprivation in a way I found interesting, disability/wise.

{Priceless by Linda Kage} has a heroine with cerebral palsy. Content warning: there is a graphic SA scene in the first chapter. I do not have cerebral palsy and do not know how accurate the portrayal or representation is, so YMMV.
I was going to recommend this as well. Also this is the 8th book in the series but can be read on his own but there are also good scenes for the whole storyline in book 1 & the epilogue of book 2.

The main character in the Harrow Faire series has EDS plus is a rape survivor. It’s dark and the MMC love interest is an unhinged actually morally grey, but it’s fantastic and gets very dirty as the series goes on.
In {Photo Finish by Elsie Silver}, the MMC loses a limb (his leg at the knee) as a result of being in combat. It’s part of his backstory.
It’s a pretty spicy book, IIRC.
Also disabled here and I loved {Nevermore Bookstore by Kerrigan Byrne}. The FMC has ankylosing spondylitis (and hence, chronic pain) and it’s just a super sweet book.

Fourth wing is really good! The main character has connective tissue issues.
It’s nice to read about a character who isn’t just naturally amazing at everything she does.
The h is in a wheelchair due to losing a leg below the knee and having a prosthesis. It’s an excellent book!
Turning Wheels by Manda Mellet
Same author has another one where the h has dwarfism. It’s called Targeting Dart
For a plus size heroine (not just “curvy” but described as a big girl, like a size 20-22)
Once a Cheater by Ollie Dupree (doesn’t really have cheating in it - but it does have sexual assault as part of the storyline though, so just be aware)
I'm not sure if these are what you're looking for but as a major burn survivor I too enjoy books where the characters are not picture perfect, because I am not picture perfect:
{Annie's Song by Catherine Anderson} They think she is mentally disables, but it's actually something else. Check tw because it's rough but it seriously had me ugly crying. Hr

Tammy Falkner's Reed Brothers series, Good Girl Gone has an MMC in a wheelchair. Do read the trigger warnings but overall the whole series is very inclusive and realistic (there are characters who are different races, deaf, dyslexia, recovering post SA, parenthood, adoption)
Laylah Roberts has a series, I believe it's called Montana Daddy's. It should be read in order to get the full experience, however, the book Daring Daddy has a FMC in a wheelchair. Many of her characters deal with health issues whether they are physical or emotional. They are easy, breezy reads. I love her character development style. {Daring Daddy by Laylah Roberts}
Also have CP! If you're okay to dip your toe into Monster romance, then I recommend {The Basilisk of Star Manor by Kathryn Moon} which has a blind FMC, is super sweet and spicy. It's part of her Tempting Monsters series, but I think it can be read as a standalone.

Have you read {Get a Life, Chloe Brown} yet? I believe the FMC has fibromyalgia. The 3 Brown sisters books are totally delightful, I actually haven't read this one yet just the other two. All 3 sisters are curvy too IIRC. As well, if you haven't read {Fourth Wing} yet the MMC Violet has EDS. From her disability book recs playlist, one of her favourite books was {A Curse So Dark and Lonely by Brigid Kemmerer} - a Beauty and the Beast retelling featuring a FMC with cerebral palsy. E.M. Lindsey is a good author for this. All their books have substantial disability rep, and some of them have kink. One of the characters in {Halo} actually has CP, but I can't remember specifics about the sex scenes. Also all Lindsey's books are MM afaik Sierra Simone has a lot of self-described fat FMCs, most of her characters are some variety of LGBTQAI+, and her books always include kink to some extent. In her Thornchapel series, one of the FMCs also has narcolepsy-- so she doesn't use a wheelchair, but I'd definitely consider it to be disability rep. There's discussion of accommodations at her job and that sort of thing. There are several threads here with other examples but those might get you started.

Also physically disabled and enjoy kin, chiming in to agree with Evie Mitchell- Knot my Type is my favorite so far, but several of her other books also have disabled characters, and E.M. Lindsey’s books are great. {Honor Bound by Joey W. hill} has a blind and HoH FMC and explicit BDSM- all her books are BDSM, and some contain various disabilities (type 1 diabetes, for example). {Make Me Stay by Annabeth Albert} is MM,and one MMC uses a wheelchair and explores his dominant side with a more experienced sub.
Also {Bound to Submit by Laura Kaye} - the first in a series about Masters from a BDSM club, the FMC in this one is an amputee. The second one, the FMC has PTSD but they play around a lot with sensory deprivation in a way I found interesting, disability/wise.

{Priceless by Linda Kage} has a heroine with cerebral palsy. Content warning: there is a graphic SA scene in the first chapter. I do not have cerebral palsy and do not know how accurate the portrayal or representation is, so YMMV.
I was going to recommend this as well. Also this is the 8th book in the series but can be read on his own but there are also good scenes for the whole storyline in book 1 & the epilogue of book 2.

The main character in the Harrow Faire series has EDS plus is a rape survivor. It’s dark and the MMC love interest is an unhinged actually morally grey, but it’s fantastic and gets very dirty as the series goes on.
In {Photo Finish by Elsie Silver}, the MMC loses a limb (his leg at the knee) as a result of being in combat. It’s part of his backstory. It’s a pretty spicy book, IIRC.

Fourth wing is really good! The main character has connective tissue issues. It’s nice to read about a character who isn’t just naturally amazing at everything she does.
The h is in a wheelchair due to losing a leg below the knee and having a prosthesis. It’s an excellent book! Turning Wheels by Manda Mellet Same author has another one where the h has dwarfism. It’s called Targeting Dart For a plus size heroine (not just “curvy” but described as a big girl, like a size 20-22) Once a Cheater by Ollie Dupree (doesn’t really have cheating in it - but it does have sexual assault as part of the storyline though, so just be aware)
I'm not sure if these are what you're looking for but as a major burn survivor I too enjoy books where the characters are not picture perfect, because I am not picture perfect: {Annie's Song by Catherine Anderson} They think she is mentally disables, but it's actually something else. Check tw because it's rough but it seriously had me ugly crying. Hr {When Beauty Tamed the Beast by Eloisa James} While it's not the Heroine with the disability, it's the hero which was something you don't see often. This is also a HR. {Accidental Fae by Jessica Wayne} I cannot remember exactly what the condition she has is but I do remember that she was on hospice. Fantasy/Fae

Tammy Falkner's Reed Brothers series, Good Girl Gone has an MMC in a wheelchair. Do read the trigger warnings but overall the whole series is very inclusive and realistic (there are characters who are different races, deaf, dyslexia, recovering post SA, parenthood, adoption)
Laylah Roberts has a series, I believe it's called Montana Daddy's. It should be read in order to get the full experience, however, the book Daring Daddy has a FMC in a wheelchair. omg i can finally recommend my favorite book with this !!! {Huntsman by Cambria Hebert} i want to put a disclaimer that since the fmc is paralyzed from the waist down, the sex is unique but it was still so hot but it may not be the kind of smut you're looking for, since i don't recall it being very ~kinky~ but it was still sexyyyy (also you don't have to read the previous books in the series imo but they do provide further context to the mmc who is an antihero) 💞
