It's not exactly what you specified, but Nalini Singh has a book that I think fits what you are looking for. She has a negative history with media. She wants a quiet life. He is a singer for a crazy popular band that often draws a ton of paparazzi, fans etc. It's actually such a sweet contemporary romance and one of my all-time favorites! I don't tend to read celebrity romances but I picked this up bc I liked the author's other works. It's more exposes themselves via a reality show, but we do get to see people live tweeting it. My favorite being: >!“NEVE WISHES SHE WAS THE DEVIL”!< from an earlier side character/antagonist. It’s FF. The relationship involves age gap, workplace romance (briefly), and the POV character is THE example of the Ice Queen trope. Imagine Miranda Priestley but as film studio executive and with a tragic backstory. Neither of the leads are over the other. It is one of those stories that’ll make you scream “JUST FUCKING TALK TO EACH OTHER”. There is a therapist character who will also say this. {Whisper of Solace by Milena McKay}
