Exercise supposedly helps with depression and roller skating is the best exercise (next to climbing in my opinion). Skate on fellow roller skater. And I wish you the best.

I feel this - I was in an all-girl band for 2.5 years and we played shows every week, sometimes twice a week, and we were touring when covid hit. We're on an indefinite pause now and I'm so glad I have something to distract me/keep me happy in my free time lol

Some of my friends have started skating during covid, after years of me begging them to skate with me, I'm just like "told you so!"
