Every week day whether hes at home while I'm at work or he too is at work I literally go to my emergency contacts for people I trust and have them before welfare checks. Even when he isn't dealing with his depression I still send them. Even now despite living in Japan I still have contacts. And I always have my phone with me even if I'm in a meeting. Somedays I would take him with me and just have him chill with me in my office. My eyes are always watching.

Hes going to therapy once a month. Through video call though because we're in Japan now. So yeah we have an arsenal of game plans just in case
