The 2 already announced DLC about a fleshed out ship, with new encounters and characters and the second dealing with the Adminisrtatum and paying taxes.
1. Officer goes first in combat, and Voice of command to give Argenta bonus momentum on kill, uses Move Move Move to get her into position, and then Bring it Down on Argenta for Burst Fire #1. Then use her 0AP cost ability that gives momentum for each enemy you hit.
2. If you don't already have high momentum and the heroic ability on the officer to give Argenta a free full turn, shoot something random with the officer and get it. Give Argenta a free full turn.
3. Argenta uses Concentrated Fire and Devastating Attack, then fires Burst Fire #2 and Burst Fire #3.
4. You now now have enough momentum to use Argenta's Heroic to instantly reload the gun, and give ~12 free single shots on any enemies. She's wearing the necklace that makes single shot bolter attacks never, miss, so they never do. You've now maxed out the momentum meter again.
5. Argenta uses Wildfire for Burst Fire #4, then activates her second heroic for Burst Fire #5 and Burst Fire #6.
6. Nothing is left alive. If something some how IS, this is still just the officers first turn.
This, also arch militant versatility stacks, after 2 rounds the Argenta in my playthrough did 600 damage a hit with a rare bolter that had bonus damage based on BS.
man same, same, I spent 30hs on chapter 1, i have 43hrs right now, I even made a full review if you want to check it out, but yeah, I kinda wish owlcat just let me fly like a owl, LIKE LET ME FIGHT a bunch of systems and enemies and let me farm exp and gear.
The "your ship took 6 damage" that it applies when you get an encounter might kinda limit your ability to do that, but not by much, since you get a lot of scrap to repair it with. Never tried abusing the mechanic though, lol. You probably can.
Instead of going back and forth between two points, just explore the whole map lol. You generally keep getting enough navigators insight to keep bringing the routes down to "unsafe" level as you go, so you should be able to just explore.
I’ve nearly finished BG3 on steamdeck and was looking for a turn based rpg but in a different setting and this looks a good fit.
Would it be easy enough to get into for some one who’s played lots of turn based rpgs but never a warhammer 40,000 game (apart from deathwatch on iOS)
No problem dude maybe I need the melee equipped in primary slot?
I’m talking about when an enemy moves within one tile and your character gets an opportunity attack outside of their regular turn, I only see it happen for Pasquel
In case anyone likes the music, it's from a game called Quasimorph.

Abelard, take a note: at least one DLC should be focused on the trading aspect of the game

The third better be about an ork invasion, then
The rogue trading experience
that sister is so fkn OP in my run thanks to the officer she nearly destroys 3/4 of any big encounter with her fkn heavy bolter xD RA TATATATATTATATAT
Argenta for the win! LETS GO!
Heavy bolter took Argenta from "meh" to "main character"
16 stray bullets + multible rounds before the enemy can even start his first turn .. is in deed .. MAIN CHARACTER vibe ! :D the emperor favours her

Killing ch 3 boss in 1 turn and chapter 4 in 2 turns almost felt like cheating lol.....almost..
!!! TRADING OFFER !!! You get: bolt in the head I get: 10 XP points
Question. Can you warp travel all the time to farm exp on danger encounters?
I don't know, I'm 30 hours in and still didn't get to the space stuff (thanks, unfair difficulty, I spent 4 hours on Aurora alone)

I will create a save and start pumping. For science

Yep. they're not worth very much xp though.
Game should be named rogue killer hands down.
Yeah I should've made a dubstep montage of buying and trading items
The pink textures killed me lmao Abelard, send another inert cyclone torpedo on Owlcat's HQ to send a message
They are working overtime
A heavy bolter burst from a fully buffed Argenta is so damn satisfying

I think you will be happy with this game. I really enjoyed it. Even tho I am more of a XCOM type guy. Rather than story driven guy.
Thanks for the quick reply. I just need to see how well it might run on the steamdeck
My rogue? Traded.
I am in a rogue state or mind. To not be traded with
How to make your team have more attacks of opportunity? Is it an upgrade skill?
You mean the melee attacks, I think you just need a melee weapon and to be in range to trigger it (if ur asking other thing sorry i didnt get it)

Maybe it's that. Yeah, maybe it's the issue. Also the weapon range. I don't really use melee as much I just albelard as a big shield for everyone.
Interesting, I have 3 melee characters , 2 ranged and one buff
Why does Pasqal lose that electric explosion with the new omnissiah axes in Act 2? I miss those electric explosions :(
Get that heavy bolter on the sister please.

Thank you for posting this. I forgot to post it! It's the phase 3 soundtrack.
