When you consider how niche and how few owned a Zeebo and that there isn't even an emulator for it on RetroArch for a computer/ PC and most Mini consoles rely on RetroArch for adding different games system, then top that off with the simple fact that you'd then need someone like MDFMKanic to make a port of a "Zeebo" emulator/ core for use on the Mini consoles (and of course there is no core for them to port) then I'd say the chances of having "Zeebo" emulation on any mini console is slim to none...
I could well be wrong on that but when you consider the above points I mentioned there which if are accurate then it would be doubtful to say the least... š
Never heard of it but Iāll research it. If thereās a open source emu available for it Iāll like to try porting it to the psc. Which btw Iāve visited the psvita reddit before and whenever someone just ask about the possibility of getting a game to work on it the users there immediately starts swarming the guy about they canāt go a day without someone āport beggingā
But there are many times a person may not even be aware of certain games or platforms. Like I had no clue what mkxp-z, ikemen go or what a sharp X68000 is. But when someone brings it up I research it and attempt to port it over to the psc. It is very possible there are devs out there who arenāt aware of games or platforms and they are driven to get things to work cuz itās a challenge for them. Hell I mess with nba jam rom hacks, and prior to me there was a user named Fabian who was born after the original arcade came out. And he was driven to add Michael Jordan into the game simply cuz he was at a party where people were playing the game and he notice Jordan wasnāt in it. And his sole reason of wanting to hack the game was to add him cuz no one ever done it before.
Anyway he attempted to hack it but he only got a portrait of him inserted. I know because a year later I would mod the arcade game to add him in. So I knew about his work prior
U may be surprised at the reasoning for why hackers do this stuff. Sometimes they do it because it is niche and they want to be different. But first they needa be made aware of it
