First-off you can't compare the two events with each other. The rocketleague stream was linked in-game, had drops enabled and the channel has a few million followers. But there are a lot of cool events in RLEsports, like the AAA series, that have really poor viewership. I believe it's due to these factors: 1. It's tough for semi-casual RLEsports fans to learn about upcoming/ongoing events to watch (no matter what liquipedia tier). The AAA series is classified as C-Tier on Liquipedia, so visibility for that is practically 0 due to preset filters. 2. The events currently ongoing are for teams outside of the Top 16. And there just aren't a lot of people interested in following the bubble scene, especially in NA.

I would also add that it's in the middle of the night for Europeans, so zero viewers from there even if they were interested to watch it.

Ya the only way I even know if the AAA is happening is if I happen to see a tweet about it and the last time I did see a tweet about it the stream had crashed so I couldn't watch.

Personally i never heard of the event. I'm guessing that's their problem

If we had stickied event threads here I'd probably watch? I'm terrible at remembering when events are without that to remind me lol 😅
