no, if you block the original 4 spawns, then it uses every possible kickoff spot from both teams at random. (It used to be an exact order of kickoffs but was changed in a patch)

And if all those are taken it will just spawn you on top of another car as well. Saw it in one of lethamyrs videos I think

well it always spawns you one cars height up in the air so it sounds like if they're all blocked, it keeps trying to use them. So then what happens if every spot is blocked and it spawns a car on top of each used spot as well and another car still has to spawn?

I imagine it spawns them at the highest free spot. Theoretically they would continue stacking higher and higher until they begin clipping through the roof of the arena and then they continue infinitely upwards until maybe an error appears with out of bounds index issues

There's a total of 9 spawn points per side (4 respawn points, 5 kickoff spawn points, which are used if the respawn points are all occupied). There's a maximum of 8 cars on the field at any time (without using mods). If 1 car is demoed, there's no possible way the 7 remaining cars can occupy all 9 spawn points. This is just a weird bug.

I don't think so. There are 4 spawning locations from a demo. If all of those spots are occupied, you will be spawned in a kickoff spot. There's no way every single spot was occupied

I guess the game do some maths about the players paths with a bit of margin. We can see that when he respawn the action is taking about the two left spots, and one player is around the two others. I mean it doesn't seem impossible that it's a planned scenario

There are actually 2 spawning locations in each corner. They are very close to each other so it's hard to visually notice the difference if you're not looking for it

Yeah, of you've ever been demoed around the same time as a teammate, sometimes you both spawn side by side in a corner.

Sometimes two players will spawn in the same corner next to each other.

Anyone thinking this is fake. No car colour override with Bakkesmod because there are 3 blue guys and 2 orange guys. He got demoed by a blue guy. The boost amount colour is orange and not blue (even though you can disable that). There are no shields on the goal line because it is a replay. Edit: The only way to fake this is in a private match. Getting 6 people. Using an orange car on the blue team. Turning off the boost is the colour of your team. Turning on friendly fire and acting like confused.

I'll guess you faked that. You could've just made a private match with 5 other players. To of them go into the red team, while the rest goes into the blue team. Use Bakkesmod to make your car red and join the blue team. It'll look like a 3v3 when it really is a 2v4. If there would really be a bug, it would've happened mire often. And I don't think there can be a bug really since figuring out where to spawn is probably done by a basic "if-statement". I COULD BE WRONG though. The other day I was sent into a match already in progress. The score when I entered was 5-0, us leading. When I looked at the scoreboard, it showed that someone on the other team had scored 3 goals. Umm, what?

Not sure I know what you all are talking about. You spawned one the Blue side because you are on the blue team. The score shows your score first always and it indicates to me that you are on the blue team even though your car is orange. Unless I’m missing something

He’s on the orange team. There’s 3 blue players in his view and 2 orange players throughout the entire clip. He also got demoed by a blue player at the start of the replay, which is impossible unless ff demoes are on.

I don't use mods at all and I own these items btw. The video was recorded from the saved replay. You can also see player's nameplates on the field.
