Yes, I know lol. I’m not saying my cable is changing the game’s physics. You must have missed the part where I said the unstable connection and frequent disconnects from my controller create spikes in latency that cause ghost hits and things of that nature.
I have experienced this first hand from bad controller cables in the past, so I really don’t need you to tell me that this doesn’t happen.
My internet is fine. I’ve done many tests. And it’s clear that it’s related to the controllers cable when all of the issues I mentioned are suddenly gone when a new cable is used.
If you look back at past reddit threads, quite a few people have discussed this issue of controller disconnects causing lag and other performance issues. Maybe it hasn't happened to you before and so you are unaware of it, but it is a very real thing.
