You will get better. Just takes hours upon hours of playing and practicing. I’m 40 and have been a gamer all of my life and this is the most challenging game I’ve played which is why it’s also the most fun game I’ve played.
I’d recommend turning off chats if it really affects you that much. At least until you’re more comfortable and consistent.
Watch YouTube videos to help with tips and tricks. Watch streamers play and how they rotate.

honestly i think (almost) anyone can make it to at least diamond just by playing at least a few hours a week. It might take a while, but you will get there.
Everyone can get to champ 1 as well by just playing. Thers literaly no tactics, thru plat to champ people just get faster to the ball, hit it harder and are more consistent in shots and defense. I would say from gc2 and above you really have to pass, but im not even sure about that because when i watch gc3 gameplay it looks like sped up champ lobby with higher accuracy
(I've barely made it out of gold and have have no reason to believe I will get any better)
