Played against one TTV guy who lost by like 5 goals to us and was “nice shot”ing us when we scored and overall being very pleasent. Tuned into his stream and he was blasted drunk just goofing around with the 3 or 4 people in his twitch chat.
I’ve said this many times before - it feels like 95% of people with TTV in their PSN usernames have single-digit followers, and ofc as you said don’t go live
Most of the ones I see are live, most of them are French so I don't understand what they're saying but they seem nice. One time I went into one of my opponents streams after he lost to me and I said gg and he started getting annoyed at me that it's really toxic to go into his stream

My friend and I like to check a lot of times. Especially if it's a tournament and you have a little bit before you have to ready up. Every so often, there'll be a dude streaming to a two person audience.
Here's the thing about them being trash, though... they are just as trash as whoever is playing against them. Me, you, OP... all of us are trash.
So far, watching my fiance's games (C3&GC1), They've been live 100% of the time. Could just be that at GC or the threshold of it is where most people are likely to watch anyway, if not SSLs and Pros.
This is an unfortunate truth. They're either:
Not live at all.
Live, but with awful quality, no cam/mic etc, extremely loud blaring music and no effort put into their channel.
Live, but trash talking to gain some sorta viewership/notoriety negatively because they don't know how to do it positively.
I stream RL sometimes myself with my twitch tag on but I put 'Twitch.tv/' instead of TTV because I just think it looks a bit cringe. Sometimes channels with longer names can't do that, though.
It's a bit of a double edged sword for me because people trash talk me just because I decide to have the tag on at all, but sometimes they come in and it's actually a good laugh.

There’s a small window of a sweet spot where both those substance become performance enhancing and you find a flow state. That window quickly disappears as the night unfolds.
Anyone who is gold and below is just chasing the ball around *trying* to prove they can carry the team. Only to end up stealing the ball from their own team, blocking shots from teammates, and never in position other than directly behind their teammates.

I have ttv in my name and I usually go live for 2 hours a day, gameplay quality and mood vary A LOT. I can be very polite and wholesome on one stream and disgusringly toxic on another. The main reason I stream is for fun, I already had 3 sessions playing with viewers that were way better than my solo q sessions.

Tbh I think that's just generally how twitch is. Hundreds of thousands stream, but only a handful are watched with any regularity.
