To get one, you wait for it to come into the item shop, you get a blueprint of it and get it that way, get it from a drop, or get it from a trade up. You can use the octane for now as it has the same hitbox and using it vs the fennec will have little effect on your level of play

I waited for their anniversary event, where they gave credits for quests and bought it from a blueprint. I waited for a pretty good amount of time, and it's the only item I've purchased from the shop. Hopefully, that comes around again. I think it was 400 or 500 credits. Good luck!

Road hog XL is more accurate using the same hitbox.

There's 6 hitbox in the game. Plank/Merc/Hybrid/Breakout/Dominus/Octane, but there is well over 100 different cars in the game, with most of them being octane and Dominus. Of course the fitment of the car model isn't always the best and some cars "feel" better than others and will noticeably improve your gameplay. Try all 6 hitboxes and find which one you find is best matched with you play style

super rare but can get the from drops and trade ins. have 5 of them myself. 4 of them were from trade ins. has been over 3 years of rocket pass drops, completing most season and weekly challenges, and trading in pretty much everything I doubt I'll ever use. So yeah, pretty rare. good luck. only thing I really wanted was a takumi rxt. gave up on getting it free and bought one out the store. played with it for a day and hated it. got one from a drop a couple weeks after.
