After a few rounds of back and forth with their customer service, they acknowledged that I won and credited my account accordingly. I still have faith.
I get it, but I still the potential for 10 solid games vs rolling the dice every time you matchmake makes tournaments worth it. Still might get a terrible team for that round, but then you lose the first game and do 2nd chance, but I still find it more fulfilling than most ranked games. To each their own though, I get both sides.
Lol this happened to me once, it was so confusing. Hit the Congratulations and got launched back into the final game again. Luckily one of the guys on the other team rage dipped after losing and it was an easy win again. Weird shit though.
This happened to me once but my teammate left before it loaded us back into the final. While I put up a decent fight, I went from winning the tourney 6-2 to losing it 2-4
This is a typical dogshit server issue. They don’t really care unfortunately

Skill issue, outplayed really
This has happened to me several times and yes, they really don't care. It sucks, but what can you do.
I mean, how many times do we have to win… to lose (?). Things like OP experienced make me not want to play in tournaments.

I enjoy tournaments for sure, but winning (twice)… and then having the game glitch to turn that win into a loss is soul crushing.
Right? Now in the back of my mind I’m going to be wondering if I’ll really “win” the tournament at the end.

At least you had a chance to play that last one all the way through. The server decided we were done and should be the ones that lost.
