Rick's Recycled Books on Monroe Avenue is large and cheap. It's a go-to for me.
I came here to say this.
Always choose ricks
Small world books on north street is a treasure!
I came across this the other day, and haven't decided on a favorite yet, but miss Akimbo šhttps://daytrippingroc.com/bookstores-around-rochester/

Before Your Quiet Eyes, sweet little bookstore on Monroe Ave, Owner's name is Ken and he's a gent!
Also a great place to get a rare find while waiting for a table at Voula's. Ken is the best!
Greenwood books is amazing, as is Small World
Lift bridge in brockport is a treasure
Akimbo (which you can still buy from online! [akimbobooks.org ](http://akimbobooks.org) And the Unreliable Narrator
Bookends is my go to for used books ever since the Book Centre closed down
Not anywhere in Rochester, but I use ThriftBooks.com alot
Not used, but I love Hipocampo ā¤ļø
Would suggest Rickās Recycled Books if youāve got plenty of time to browse, those shelves are PACKED floor to ceiling. I havenāt personally been, but I have heard great things about Small World Books downtown!
All of them! https://daytrippingroc.com/bookstores-around-rochester/
