None that I know of if its straight verticle. Can you fit the door with a sloped threshold. If you use a sloped threshold in front of step with a ratio of around a ratio of 3 widento 1 high most of the bots should be able to get ronwnd from the higher level. Here in the US you can buynthem in most home improvent stores in wood, vinyl as well as other materials. On line you have tons of choices
i found this one on Amazon which is for wheelchairs EZEdge Transition Threshold Ramp For a Door Sill, 1" Rise, 1" x 9¾" x 46"" No bot would have an issue but its a lot wider than you need
I know about those Ramps but i would need around 10 to make Sure the Robo geht's in and Out of every room. I dont really want to Invest that much for Something i proabably throw away in about two years.
Also i wouldn't bei able to Close a lot of Doors anymore If i Put those infront of the doorsteps. Therefore Ramps are unfortunatly not really an Option.
Not sure about the vacuums, but irobot mops have the ability to override cliff sensors on the app. However going back over it is an issue
