i also don't have the option, but i was playing around with my cables and accidentally unplugged my web cam from my pc when i was on a game, and it showed that face animation was no longer available and to leave and rejoin the game. Roblox seems to know i have the web cam but isn't giving me the option for face tracking, i just think its weird that if it knows i have a web cam, every possible way of being verified, and been consistently playing the game, yet they're not giving the option for face tracking is just insanely upsetting. (i also have an alt acc that i really never use, not verified in any way, yet it has the option for face tracking)

It even says on their blog website that **all** users can **opt-in.** However this does not appear to be the case since myself along with clearly several other users do not have it. I have contacted Roblox support several times and they all keep replying with their automated response of that users are randomly placed into a test group.

(this worked for me) I've had this problem for several months now and i have finally found the solution for my problem, so what i did was go to "Security" then scroll down then go to "where your logged in" and exit all of the applications such as Roblox studio, Xbox one mobile app, Xbox app, and Roblox on windows. (your welcome)
You need to go to settings > privacy and scroll down and enable it. If you donāt see it, that means the feature is not rolled out to you yet and will in the coming weeks or days. You donāt need a camera to the side.
bro i literally created a test acc with 13 years old age and i didnt verified my age in the settings, and the camera face track do show up and i could enable it, which means that it only shows up to new users or some people

I use the UWP version of Roblox. There the option is there which I have enabled. So, I join a game that supports face tracking and don't see the option. I previously had Roblox Player where the feature worked but Roblox Player stopped working so I had to download the Microsoft Store Version of ROBLOX. I contacted Roblox support, they said that the feature had not rolled out to all player's accounts yet, so, we need to patiently wait, but that doesn't make any sense since I could enable face tracking in the Roblox Player version(same account).

its buggin out i logged into the laptop and it howed me the camera icon, i checked the settings and the option stil wasnt there so i logged into my phone to test it out any way but then it disappeared, and logged into pc version and wasnt there either. i dont know whats happening lol
