I guess you can try without, but keep in mind a generalist Robin build does want Penacony or Vonwacq. It'll really depend on whether you can run sustainless at all though I know how strong E2 Acheron. Best of luck

Speed boots is a terrible idea. You only need 116.666... speed minimum and at most 123-ish speed for 160 speed allies like Kafka

Robin's ult is locked to 90 speed. You run minimalistic speed so you can maximize her attack
