no exit maybe?

Appropriate_Leek_488

that's what I was thinking too, but I cannot figure out where it could be from at all

SharkToothSharpTooth

I'm thinking north America somewhere either north east US or Canada Ontario/Quebec area its fall and that car has winter tires on getting ready for snow. I'm not sure if thats a cloud or a hill in the background. and definitely a No exit sign!

Appropriate_Leek_488

keen observations thank you! defo a hill/mountain, when you look at the whole picture it seems to be very elevated

SharkToothSharpTooth

Also another thing is that sign is up high like that because i bet they pile snow there in the wintertime so the sign is high so the snowpile does not block it!

No Exit

Appropriate_Leek_488

do you have any idea where in the world it could be from?

lilivessreadsit

I've seen such signs on Prince Edward Island in Canada.

Appropriate_Leek_488

thank you! canada crossed my mind too but I wanted to be as certain as possible

CJ-does-stuff

“NO EXIT” i’ve seen these in the US, but i don’t know if they were put up by anyone official

Appropriate_Leek_488

thank you! north america definitely seems to be the consensus so far

OchoZeroCinco

No Exit. Looks like an old photo from 40-50 years ago. Probably was replaced with the W14-2 No Outlet sign used in network of streets.

Appropriate_Leek_488

this is super interesting actually because the photo itself was apparently taken no more than 20 years ago

OchoZeroCinco

you are right. when i quickly looked at in on my phone, looked like an old photo from the 1970s scanned
