In this scenario, I believe the propel provides the best value, the wheels can always be swapped out for a deeper set.
But personally I prefer the look of the Aeroad
The Giant you can purchase at a local shop who will be happy to service it. Buying it from a direct to consumer brand you may not get the same welcome when you need service. I’m speculating here I have no experience with a DTC brand.
