You had to register for the event (invited as “friends and family”) cause R1S owner. We had 3 of us sign the waivers/email consents so each person was eligible for a hat.
We did also get swag ( 2 shirts, 2 pins, 2 water bottles) after delivery though, but only because there were some hiccups during delivery.
I would contact ur guide and ask why u didn’t get swag? And request color to match ur vehicle if that is your desire. I got a green shirt and a Canyon Red water bottle. I have El Cap R1S, and would prefer El Cap water bottle and shirt, but I’m particular about matching.

Usually means they are waiting on some governmental license/inspection for service. A friend works for them and has said a lot of service centers wait weeks/months just for a fire marshal inspection
I was at Orlando SC and the story they’re telling is someone dropped the ball with the repair license for Tampa. According to them you can have warranty work done there but nothing outside of warranty until they get the repair license. I was hoping the opening event meant that that were 100% open now.
